Brian Heller began his career in television production, working on iconic shows including Survivor, The Bachelor, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not! before transitioning into real estate in 2010.

For fifteen years, Brian has been at the forefront of transforming real estate investments into generational wealth for investors by specializing in apartment building acquisitions and championing a value-add strategy. With over $300 million in lifetime transactions, he has established himself as a trusted expert in the multifamily space, consistently leading high-performing teams through multimillion-dollar projects from acquisition to disposition. Brian’s expertise lies in optimizing financial performance through acquisitions, repositioning, and operational strategy.



Today, Brian serves as the Chief Operating Officer of 615 Property Investment Group, where he oversees operations for a rapidly growing platform managing $300M in assets under management and more than 1,000 units across single-family and multifamily portfolios. In this role, he drives organizational efficiency, property performance, and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring that both investors and residents benefit from elite execution.

Brian is also an avid golfer, world traveler, classic rock enthusiast, and foodie—bringing creativity and a broad perspective to both his professional and personal endeavors.
