Blown in from the Windy City of Chicago, IL, Marcellous Glispie serves as a Portfolio Manager with 615 Property Investment Group, overseeing operations for the BWE asset. Having built his career from the ground up, Marcellous has developed a strong sense of property management and operational excellence. His early dedication and initiative helped shape valuable systems, processes and ideas that supported the growth of a startup property management company. Known for his professionalism and drive, Marcellous has often been recognized as one of the youngest and most dynamic leaders in his department.

Rooted in his Christian faith, Marcellous is passionate about providing quality housing for others — a mission that resonates deeply given his own experiences with housing challenges in the past. He approaches his work with empathy, purpose, and a commitment to helping residents feel at home. Outside of work, Marcellous enjoys attending all kinds of festivals, especially food festivals — he proudly calls himself a “professional taste tester” whenever good food is involved. He also has a unique fondness for giraffes — a fitting favorite for someone who stands tall at 6'3".
