Whitney Wilson

Founder

Whitney Wilson was born and raised in Kentucky and attended Murray State University. In 1999, she married the love of her life, Ben Wilson. Together they built both a family and a business grounded in faith, hard work, and service. Their son, Gavin, was born in 2001, followed by their daughter, Grace, in 2004.

When her children were young, Whitney launched a thriving children’s boutique, New 2 U, in Lebanon, Tennessee. As the store grew, she later sold it to her employees so she could spend more time involved in her children’s schools and activities.

In 2009, Whitney joined Team Wilson full-time, initially overseeing operations and contract-to-close for buyer agents. Over the years, her role evolved as she trained and mentored new team members and managers, helping to build the foundation of what Team Wilson has become today.

When Gavin graduated high school in 2019, he pursued his dream as a collegiate athlete and later married the love of his life, Gigi, in 2023. They now have a son of their own, adding a new generation to the Wilson family legacy. Grace will graduate from the University of Tennessee in December 2025 and will join Team Wilson and 615 Property Investment Group, continuing the family’s passion for real estate and community.

Today, Whitney serves as the financial officer and operations lead across all Wilson family companies — Team Wilson Real Estate Partners, 615 Property Investment Group, WilsonBerry Title & Escrow and their newest venture, BWE Realty. She oversees finances, guides company growth, and continues to train and mentor the teams that represent their shared vision of excellence.

Beyond business, Whitney finds joy in giving back through her church and various charitable organizations, staying true to her lifelong commitment to faith, family, and service.
